In the complex commercial real estate market, Delmic Property Management offers guidance and assistance to investors, real estate owners and tenants. We own and manage Office, Retail, and Industrial properties throughout the New England.
Delmic Property Management has been on a mission to acquire Real Estate assets throughout Connecticut and New England. Currently, Delmic Property Management owns and manages 12 different commercial properties in central Connecticut ranging from Industrial, Retail, and Office.
With professional management in place, Delmic Property Management will aggressively pursue further Real Estate assets along with accredited partners and industry professionals in Connecticut and neighboring states.

Kim Tellerico, Director at Delmic Property Management, has over 25 years of expertise in commercial real estate and development. With a diverse portfolio spanning medical, retail, office, industrial, governmental, and multifamily properties, she has honed her skills in management and leasing. Previously, Tellerico served as a Real Estate Manager at Lowes Corporate, collaborating closely with legal teams on real estate matters. Prior to that, she worked as a Senior Associate at Construction Insight, offering consulting services to lenders and developers on commercial projects, including plan and budget reviews and property condition assessments.
Tellerico holds a BBA from Albertus Magnus and is a licensed real estate professional in Connecticut. She is a member of the Real Estate Finance Association and an associate member of the Institute of Real Estate Management.
Meet Joseph Iannotta, the Chief Financial Officer at Delmic Property Management since 2023. With over 20 years of experience, Joseph oversees investment, taxation, financial reporting, and accounting operations. Previously, Joseph served as CFO for Thimble Point Acquisition Corp and Head of Finance for the Pritzker Vlock Family Office. He also managed a multi-billion-dollar equity portfolio at GE Capital.
Joseph began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Deloitte before earning his BS in Accounting from Providence College and an MBA from the University of Connecticut School of Business with a concentration in Real Estate & Finance. With extensive experience in real estate, private equity, and equity portfolio accounting, Joseph is instrumental in driving Delmic Property Management's financial success and strategic growth.
Ervin brings over a decade of leadership, community engagement, and construction expertise to his role as Project Manager at Delmic Property Management (DPM) since April of 2022. With 15.5 years at The Home Depot, he excelled in various management positions and led community service initiatives as Community Service Captain for central CT. Additionally, Ervin owned a successful home improvement company for 12 years, specializing in high-end remodeling and construction. Now at DPM, Ervin seamlessly integrates his wealth of experience and passion for community engagement into every project.
Meet Shaina, our Office Manager at Delmic Property Management. With over 6 years of project management experience in the sensor manufacturing industry and a BS in Engineering & Management from Clarkson University, Shaina brings expertise and organizational skills to our team. She ensures smooth operations and fosters a positive work environment, helping us deliver exceptional service to our clients.
